Terms and conditions - initial deposit may be refunded if business is not wanted anymore. Remaining deposit and recurring payments cannot be refunded
-The services outlined in this invoice pertain to the development, design, and delivery of a website as agreed upon by both parties
-Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional cost, subject to prior approval
-Payments must me made as per the specified due dates mentioned in the invoice Late payments may be subject to a penalty of $10
per day past the due date -Ownership of the website and its code will transfer to the client upon full payment of invoice
-Either party may terminate the project agreement if significant issues arise. The client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date
